Honyama's mountainous terroir produces tea with characteristically refreshing aroma and clean astringency, distinct from the warmer-climate Kakegawa. Substantial supply for premium retail tea-bag and bottled-tea programmes. Distinct from existing tea entries (matcha, sencha, hojicha, gyokuro, etc).
