  Established in December 1986 as Tensinindo Sanwa Co., Ltd. in Kawaguchi, Saitama Prefecture. In 2008, the company relocated its headquarters to Hirano, Koto Ward, Tokyo, changed its corporate name to Tensinindo Co., Ltd., with Kazuyuki Kodama assuming the position of Representative Director, and opened a retail division to develop the Anything White product line. In 2009, the company obtained manufacturing and sales licenses for cosmetics and quasi-drugs. In 2011, Shanghai Branch was established. In 2013, the company name was changed to Tensinindo Holdings Co., Ltd. and obtained a Type II pharmaceutical manufacturing and sales license. In 2016, the R&D Center and photography studio were opened. In 2017, the company received approval for functional labeling food notification and launched the TEN-PLA EC system service. In 2018, the company obtained a patent for its proprietary transdermal absorption technology TEN-DDS and acquired Privacy Mark certification. In 2021, Yoshihiko Makino assumed the position of CEO, and Iwate Hachimanai Plant was established through an absorption and division of Global Shinwa Pharmaceutical. In January 2025, Nobuyuki Takahashi assumed the position of Chairman and President. In November 2025, the headquarters relocated to Irifune 2-chome, Chuo Ward.
