关于本原料
Domestically-cultivated black sesame (Sesamum indicum). Japan-domestic sesame production is small (<1% of national consumption) but commands premium pricing for traceability — Kyushu (Kagoshima, Miyazaki) and Tōhoku producers supply heritage retail. Functional positioning targets sesamin lignans and the antioxidant profile of the black-seed-coat anthocyanins. Suntory's Sesamin-EX supplement line draws on Japan-domestic black-sesame supply chains.
