When you submit an inquiry via /inquiry, the content of your inquiry (free-text message, requested category, MOQ, certifications, etc.) is sent to Anthropic, Inc. (United States) via the Claude API for structured extraction and to generate anonymized outreach drafts to manufacturers.
Personally identifying information such as your name, email, company, and phone are not included in outbound emails to manufacturers — they are masked behind an anonymized label.
We use Anthropic's API under its data processing policy. Inquiry content may be temporarily stored on Anthropic's infrastructure during processing. Anthropic does not use API inputs for model training.
You may revoke your consent at any time using the link provided in the inquiry confirmation email, or by contacting info@oemjp.com.
