  Founded as Tokimoto Seimen in Okazaki in May 1986, the company constructed an administrative office building (Building No. 2) in January 1988, opened a sales office in Toyohashi in March 1989, incorporated as Tokimen Co., Ltd. in April 1989, completed the main office Building No. 3 in June 1992, expanded the main factory in May 2001, completed the main factory renovation in February 2005, established a research facility in February 2006, installed a vacuum mixer in April 2008, introduced an automated hand-kneading line in November 2011, began selling fresh pasta in December 2011, installed large-scale pasta machinery in January 2015, converted all lighting to LED in April 2016, received the Okazaki City Excellence Award Gold Class in April 2019, renovated the direct sales outlet in November 2021, launched an e-commerce website in September 2022, received the Food Hygiene Excellence Facility Award in October 2023, renovated the Toyohashi sales office in March 2024, and opened a Yokkaichi sales office in May 2025.
