  Founded in Osaka in 1961 under the name Meihou (名宝), the company changed its name to 株式会社デリシアスエーシー (Delicious AC Co., Ltd.) and relocated to Higashi-Osaka in 1979. The headquarters moved to Tondabayashi, Osaka Prefecture in 1985. A Tokyo sales office was established in 1993, followed by the Kanto region sales office in 2007 and the Kansai region sales office in 2014.
