1. Moriī Food Co.
2. Ltd. was founded as a limited company in September 1995
3. and began manufacturing and selling fish cake products in December 1995. The company was reorganized as a corporation in October 1998. A factory extension was completed in February 2002. ISO22000 certification was obtained in March 2013. Shinsuke Nakamura assumed the position of representative director and president in July 2019. The company opened its first directly-operated store in March 2022 and launched its online store in July 2022. FSSC22000 certification was obtained in March 2023.
