Company History of New Oakbo Co., Ltd.

1. Founded in 1933 as Okuba Macaroni
2. the predecessor company began trading with Seikatsu Club Cooperative in 1977. In 1982
3. Okuba Macaroni factory ceased operations and Shin-Oakubo was established in Fujigokoro
4. Kashiwa
5. Chiba Prefecture. A dried pasta factory was constructed in Masuo
6. Kashiwa in 1986
7. followed by the relocation of headquarters to Masuo in 1987. Spiga Nezu opened in 1994
8. and in 2000 the Shonan factory was established alongside the opening of Spiga Iidabashi. The Shonan II factory was established in 2002
9. Italian pasta machinery was introduced in 2003
