The company was established in December 1999 and commenced cosmetics OEM contract manufacturing operations in 2003. In 2009, it launched the Furusato Genki Project and began providing performance evaluation testing services. The company successfully developed plant-derived human-type ceramides in 2016 and achieved mass production of plant-derived human-type ceramides in 2020.
