  In April 1988, Erika Kenkou Dojo (fasting facility) was established in Takagise, Saga City, Saga Prefecture, marking the launch of wood chip bath services and sales of the original enzyme beverage "Yūkōsen." In July 1996, Akihiro Kitajima assumed the position of facility manager. In April 2008, "Enzyme Drink Specialty Fasting Dojo SHOP" was opened on Rakuten Ichiba. The company was incorporated as 株式会社エリカ健康道場 in April 2010. In July 2013, the official website "Fasting Dojo SHOP" was launched. In January 2018, "Yūkōsen Premium" obtained Doping Guard certification. In June 2018, the headquarters office relocated to Hyogo, Saga City. In May 2019, operations of "Fasting Dojo Hagino-sato" in Kimitsu City, Chiba Prefecture commenced. In June 2022, filling and manufacturing operations began at the headquarters factory.
