  The company was founded in March 1968 with the start of seasoning sales. Key milestones include the relocation of the office in November 1973, incorporation and establishment of a new warehouse in January and November 1982 respectively, opening of the main store sales office in October 1990, establishment of headquarters in October 2000, commencement of alcoholic beverage sales in March 2004, launch of the e-commerce business division in March 2007, initiation of business partnerships and private brand product development in March and September 2010 respectively, appointment as cheese sales representative in January 2011, expansion of solar power generation, adoption of LED lighting, and completion of a second freezing warehouse in 2013, commencement of direct Iga beef transactions and opening of an Osaka meat processing facility in January and August 2015 respectively, 50th anniversary celebration and relocation of the Osaka facility with fresh meat shop opening in October and December 2018 respectively, management transition in September 2019, first export to Taiwan in July 2020, initial exports to Singapore and Macau in February and December 2021 respectively, commencement of Iga beef export to Macau in January 2022, and relocation of headquarters in May 2024.
