  Sanko Sangyo Co., Ltd. was established in April 1991 in Ushida, Higashi Ward, Hiroshima, and relocated its headquarters factory to Nishihara, Asa Minami Ward in October of the same year. In July 1994, a new factory was established in Ogawara, Asa Kita Ward. The headquarters factory was relocated to Kamihukakawaв in February 2011, followed by the establishment of a second factory in September 2011 and a warehouse in July 2012. In August 2013, the company made an investment in Sanko Toukoku Co., Ltd., and opened a Kanto branch office in September 2013 and a Shikoku branch office in July 2014. A direct retail store, Kisaki-an, opened in September 2016. In January 2019, the company received the Food Hygiene Excellence Facility Award, and Sanko Matsuyama Co., Ltd. obtained FSSC22000 certification in November 2019. HACCP certification was acquired in March 2020. In June 2021, the second factory was relocated to Higashino Factory. The company received a commendation from the Director of the Hiroshima City Health Center in January 2023, established Shiraki Factory in July 2023, and planned an expansion of the headquarters factory south wing in September 2025.
