  Founded in March 1954 in Himejima, Osaka, where transparent soap production commenced. In 1960, a new factory was constructed in Mishimaoka, Ibaraki, Osaka Prefecture, initiating production of various transparent facial cleansing soaps. In 1974, a technical building was established and multiple tube filling machines were introduced for facial foam production. In 1979, fatty acid neutralization and closed manufacturing kettle systems were adopted to develop highly moisturizing transparent soaps. In 1984, liquid body shampoo production began. In 1992, weakly acidic transparent soap was developed. In 1999, ISO14001 certification was obtained and various hair care products entered production. ISO9001 certification was acquired in 2001. In 2005, a cell toxicity testing laboratory was newly established. In 2006, the GMP system was strengthened. In 2014, all-in-one shampoo was developed. In 2023, the EcoVadis Silver Medal was awarded. In 2024, the company celebrated its 70th anniversary.
