Historique de l'Entreprise Sun Foods

  Founded in April 1916 and incorporated in April 1951, Sun Foods developed its signature okonomiyaki sauce in the early 1950s, characterized by reduced acidity and salt content with enhanced sweetness. The sauce was adopted by Okonomiyaki Village (Okonomiyaki Mura) when it opened in Hiroshima in 1965. Beginning in the 1980s, the company collaborated with the Hiroshima City Tourism Division to conduct okonomiyaki demonstrations and sales activities nationwide. The new building of Okonomiyaki Village was completed in 1992.
