本原料について
玉露は、日本で最も格式の高い被覆栽培緑茶で、収穫前20日以上の遮光により、カテキン合成を抑制しテアニン濃度を煎茶の2〜3倍に高めることが特徴。八女（福岡）と宇治（京都）が認知される2大産地であり、八女は日本の玉露生産量の約45％を生産する。深い旨味プロファイルと鮮やかな緑色によりkgあたり価格は煎茶の5〜10倍。プレミアム飲料、サプリメント、L-テアニン抽出用途に使用される。
