The ZOIC brand was launched by Nakano Corporation in 1986. Heartland Corporation was established in January 1991 with the launch of DYEX. ZOIC Upstage Marmal was introduced in 1992, followed by Poses in 1998. A Kanagawa branch office was opened in 2003, and international expansion to South Korea commenced in 2004. Hiroyuki Yoshimoto assumed the position of Representative Director in 2012. The corporate mark was refreshed and ZOIC Cut-X was launched in 2017. The corporate message was updated in 2024.
