2. Ltd. was founded as Kodama Seika-ten in December 1960 in Fukuyama
3. Hiroshima. The company established Kodama Store Co.
4. Ltd. in April 1967 and incorporated as Kodama Foods Co.
5. Ltd. in January 1972
6. beginning pickle processing operations. The head office relocated to Minami Tejiro-cho
7. Fukuyama in November 1979
8. followed by the establishment of a drying facility in Hikino-cho
9. Fukuyama in June 1989. Mail-order business operations commenced in September 1998. A subsidiary was established in Shanghai in November 2001
