Logic Co., Ltd. was established in 1980 as a cosmetics and quasi-drug manufacturing facility, beginning production of professional haircare cosmetics. In 1985, it developed a shaving cream free from surfactants. Esthetic cosmetics manufacturing commenced in 1990, followed by a corporate name change to Logic Co., Ltd. in 1992. The company relocated to the Uji Makishima Plant in 2001 and obtained the Kyoto Prefecture Cosmetics Quality Control Supervisor Certification in 2010. Full-scale operations of the Kyoto Cosmetics business began in 2011, with a change in representative director in 2023.
