Company History of Minari

1. Minari Corporation was established as Minari Sangyo Corporation in Hiroshima in 1978. In 1979
2. the company launched "Mekarifune" and "Shiitakara" products. The factory relocated to Kochi Town (now part of Higashi-Hiroshima City) in 1982
3. and the headquarters moved to Motokawa-cho

6. marking the launch of seasoned wakame products. Soft wakame was introduced in 1987
7. followed by bottled furikake in 1988. The second factory was expanded in 1989
8. and granulation and retort processing lines were introduced in 1990. A bottled furikake manufacturing line was added in 1994
9. and a wastewater treatment facility was completed in 1995. The company changed its corporate name to Minari Corporation and relocated its headquarters in 1996. In 2009
