  Founded in January 2001 in Toyotsu-cho, Suita City, Osaka Prefecture, as Oasis Inc. The beverage OEM business was launched in earnest in March 2001. The export/import business began in May 2002, and beverage packaging materials and raw material sales began in April 2003. In June 2005, the proprietary product "Dattan Soba Cha" was announced. Exports of foods and confectioneries to South Korea began in May 2007. Capital was increased to 25 million yen in August 2008. A wholesale license for imported alcoholic beverages was obtained in February 2010. In May 2012, development and import of canned non-alcoholic beer with HITE-JINRO of South Korea began. In January 2018, the Yao Distribution Center began operations, Organic JAS certification was obtained, and the import and sale of European organic, gluten-free, and vegan products began. In April 2019, a business partnership with AKTY Trading GmbH of Germany was concluded, and EU export operations began in earnest. In January 2020, a Japanese wine export license was obtained, and in May 2020, the EC shop "Organic no Hatake" was opened. The company marked its 20th anniversary in January 2021. In January 2022, a comprehensive alcohol export license and imported beer license were obtained. In November 2023, the distribution center was relocated.
