Company History of Tomomasu Beverage Co., Ltd.

  Tomimasu Beverage was founded in May 1902 as a soft drink manufacturer. Tomimasu Beverage Ltd. was established in April 1966, followed by JAS certification as a carbonated and fruit beverage manufacturing facility in April 1975. The company launched its ODM business (product commercialization support services) in January 2000, underwent a corporate reorganization to become Tomimasu Beverage Co., Ltd. in March 2001, and obtained a liqueur manufacturing license in April 2002. The Tokyo Sales Office opened in March 2005, followed by the Osaka Sales Office in February 2011. The Ogi Factory commenced operations in April 2012, and Carbonated Life Comprehensive Research Institute Inc. was established in October 2014. HACCP certification was acquired in February 2015, with the Ogi Second Factory beginning operations in April 2015 and the Kisokaidaira Factory (Nagano Prefecture) in June 2015. Tomimasu Holdings Co., Ltd. was established in March 2017, and the company obtained a wholesale license for all alcoholic beverages in March 2018. The Fujisan Factory (Yamanashi Prefecture) commenced operations in June 2020, with the Fujisan Factory Second Line beginning operations in September 2022. The Amagi Factory (Fukuoka Prefecture) started operations in January 2025, and the Sendai Sales Office is scheduled to open in March 2026.
