1. Founded as an individual konjac raw material trading business in May 1955
2. established as Limited Company Uehara Shige Shouten in May 1967
3. commenced konjac product manufacturing and sales in February 1991
4. constructed Basan Factory in April 1994
5. changed company name to Uehara Corporation in May 1995
6. built seaweed powder manufacturing facility and automated warehouse in September 1999
7. expanded konjac product manufacturing factory in September 2001
8. began retort-processed product manufacturing and sales in October 2002
9. started bottled beverage and liquid seasoning manufacturing and sales in March 2003
10. installed automated powder weighing and filling equipment in May 2006
11. spun off as Uehara HC in January 2009
12. commenced Myanmar-sourced konjac raw material sales in 2010
13. Morisawa Factory began full operations in October 2017
14. Kawai Factory relocated in June 2018
