1. Founded in 1894 as Kukushikome Isekichi Shoten in Tokushima
2. Yamaku Foods Co.
3. Ltd. was reorganized as a limited partnership in 1937
4. converted to a private company in 1947
5. and restructured into its current form in 1965 with the opening of an Osaka branch office. Subsequently
6. the company expanded with branch offices in Okayama (1972) and North Kinki (1975). Following factory expansions in 1985 and 1988
