  Founded in 1956 as Saitama LB Inc. with capital of 19 million yen in Kitafukuro, Omiya City, the company constructed its head office factory in Amanuma, Omiya in 1959, and established its head office at the same location in 1963. In 1973, the company changed its name to 株式会社エルビー (LB Inc.) and built the Hasuda factory in Kurohama, Hasuda City. Following the relocation of the head office to Hasuda in 1983, the company received capital participation from CBC Co., Ltd. The company expanded the beverage production line at the Hasuda factory in 1991 and established a chilled dessert manufacturing line in 1993. In 2002, the Hasuda Logistics Center was established, and in 2005, the company received capital participation from Asahi Breweries, Ltd. An ESL line was introduced at the Hasuda factory in 2007, followed by management integration with the Tokyo and Nagoya operations of LB Inc. in 2011. In 2017, the company received capital participation from an investment partnership of Polaris Capital Group.
