  Goldpack Corporation was established as Toyo Food Corporation in March 1959. The Matsumoto Plant commenced operations in August 1960, followed by a company name change to Goldpack Corporation in May 1964. The company launched tomato mixed juice in October 1966 and carrot juice in July 1974. The Matsumoto Plant's second food facility began operations in April 1987, while the Azumino Plant started in June 1991 and its second food facility in July 1999. In March 2014, Goldpack merged with Nichiro Sunpack Corporation (which operated the Aomori and Ebetsu plants). The Ebetsu Plant's third facility commenced operations in June 2017. A merger with AW Water Corporation (Shinano-Omachi Plant) is scheduled for October 2025.
