  IFD Corporation was established in 1998 as the food manufacturing division of the Kamisaliate Group. In 2001, the company increased its capital to 20 million yen. In 2014, it was commended by the Joso Health Center of Ibaraki Prefecture as an exemplary food hygiene management facility. In 2016, it was certified as a hygiene management implementation facility by the Ibaraki Prefecture Food Hygiene Association's HACCP promotion project. In 2018, it was recognized as a business operator under the Management Strengthening Promotion Law for Small and Medium Enterprises. In 2020, IFD Corporation obtained FSSC22000 and ISO22000 certifications and was recognized with the Food Safety and Security Five-Star certification.
