  Established in 1983 as a processor of livestock products, the company transitioned its frozen vegetable repack business in 1990, relocated to a HACCP-compliant new facility in 1998, obtained organic certification in 2001, became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Norikui Co., Ltd. in 2006, acquired ISO9001:2000 certification in 2007, obtained FSSC22000 certification in 2018, established the Second Production Division and Factory No. 2 in 2019, renovated the head office in 2020, and relocated the head office to the second floor of the Factory No. 2 building in 2025.
