  Founded in January 2001, Oasis Corporation commenced its beverage OEM business in March of the same year. The company began import and export operations in May 2002, and started sales of packaging materials and raw materials following a contract with a major supermarket chain in 2003. In August 2008, the company increased its capital to 25 million yen. It obtained an imported alcoholic beverages wholesale license in 2010. In January 2018, the Yao Distribution Center commenced operations and acquired organic JAS certification. The company established a business partnership with AKTY trading GmbH of Germany in 2019. Following a distribution center relocation in November 2023, Oasis began importing Bordeaux wines from France in 2024.
