A hand-pulled noodle specialist based in Himeji, Hyogo Prefecture. Manufactures hand-pulled noodles using domestically-sourced wheat flour through a process taking approximately 35 hours. Offers a diverse range of hand-pulled noodles including somen, udon, pasta, and Tartary buckwheat noodles. OEM manufacturing capabilities include custom noodles such as sake-infused udon for sake breweries, and health-focused noodles for long-term care facilities.
