Kyushu Yakuhin Kogyo Co., Ltd. was originally established as Takashima Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. on March 23, 1950. The company changed its name to Kyushu Yakuhin Kogyo Co., Ltd. on May 2, 1975. In January 2013, it obtained JAS Organic Certification, and in December 2020, it acquired JFS-C food safety management standards certification. In October 2022, Nobuyasu Ukone assumed the position of Representative Director and President.
