Taiyo Pharmaceutical Partnership was established in Nogata, Fukuoka Prefecture. 1947 (July): The company was re-established as Tetsu Pepton Pharmaceutical Limited Company. 1952: Renamed to Tenyo Yakuhin Kogyo Co., Ltd. 1971: Joined the Muromatsu Group. 1996: Relocated with a newly constructed headquarters factory in Omuta, Fukuoka Prefecture. 1998: Changed company name to Muromatsu Chemical Co., Ltd. 1999: Obtained ISO9001 certification. 2006: Health food manufacturing facility commenced operations. 2010: Established Muromatsu (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. 2021: Listed on the JASDAQ of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. 2024: Relocated Pharmaceutical Development Center to Kashiwa, Chiba Prefecture.
