  Founded in February 1994 by Kazushi Nishiyama in Kotohira Town, Nakatado District, Kagawa Prefecture, the company began noodle production in July and confectionery manufacturing in October. The headquarters and factory relocated to Mano Town in December 1998, followed by the transfer of the Shikoku Sales Division to the former Kotohira facility in April 1999. In January 2003, operations moved to Miyata in Nakanan Town, with the opening of the direct retail store "Shizen no Yakata" in July and launch on Rakuten Marketplace in August. The company expanded to Yahoo! Shopping in October 2007 and began operations under representative director Yasukazu Nishiyama in February 2008. Certifications followed: ISO9001:2008 in December 2014, organic JAS fractional business operator accreditation in August 2015, ISO22000:2005 certification in January 2018, HACCP (Type A) certification in February 2021, and FSSC22000:2020 certification in July 2022. A sales office in Tokyo was established in November 2015, with a Nagoya office opening in January 2025.
