  Ajishokken Co., Ltd. was established in August 1965 in Hirate-cho, Kita Ward, Nagoya. In August 1970, the company relocated its headquarters and constructed a new factory in Toyoyama, Nishi-Kasugai District, Aichi Prefecture (current location). Production of specialty salt (soft salt) began in 1971, followed by the expansion of the liquid soup factory in 1978. In 1982, the company obtained a patent for the Slim Pasta manufacturing process and established the Nagoya Plant. The Nagoya Plant was relocated to the main plant facility in October 1992. ISO9001:1994 certification and confectionery manufacturing license were acquired in September 2001, ISO9001:2000 in March 2003, and ISO22000:2005 in June 2007. In November 2013, the company relocated its office to a new building, and in November 2014, a dedicated Halal facility was constructed, with MHC Local Halal certification obtained in December 2014. Since 2021, the company has continued to strengthen its manufacturing lines through upgrades of liquid kneading tanks, roasted salt kiln burners, and liquid filling equipment, as well as expansion of powder blending capacity.
