  株式会社シルバーライフ was established in October 2007 in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo, with its first company-operated store opening in November of the same year. The franchise chain expansion of 'Magokoro Bento' senior meal delivery service commenced in April 2009, followed by the launch of 'Magokoro Shokuzai Service' for elderly care facilities in June 2012. The company acquired the Gunma Factory in February 2013 (operational from August), began franchise expansion of 'Haisoku no Fureai' in February 2014, and launched OEM sales in April 2014. All company-operated stores were converted to franchise operations by October 2014. The headquarters relocated to Shinjuku Ward in March 2016. In October 2017, the logistics center commenced operations and the company was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market. The stock was transferred to the Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section (later renamed Prime Market) in January 2020. The Tochigi Factory began operations in March 2021, followed by the launch of 'Takushoku Life' franchise expansion in September 2021. The Kazo Warehouse commenced operations in March 2022, and the company was transferred to the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard market in October 2023.
