  Wakaba Foods Limited Company was established in April 1989 with capital of 1 million yen. The company constructed its second factory in September 1993 and Gifu factory in September 1994. In October 1996, it underwent a corporate restructuring to become a joint-stock company. The headquarters factory was newly constructed and relocated in August 1997, followed by the establishment of the Ibaraki factory in October 2000 and relocation of the Gifu factory in September 2002. The company expanded further with the construction of the Iwate factory in September 2003 and Kumamoto factory in September 2004. In June 2005, the subsidiary Food Support was established, and the Shizuoka factory was constructed in August 2005. The company increased its capital by 20 million yen in October 2007 and relocated its headquarters factory in September 2008. In September 2024, there was a change in representative director.
