An established noodle manufacturing company with a history spanning over 100 years, founded in Meiji 41 (1908). While inheriting the traditional hand-pulled noodle production methods of Shimabara soumen, the company also operates a mechanized noodle manufacturing facility. It manufactures a wide range of products including hand-pulled soumen, semi-dried noodles, dried noodles, and frozen hand-pulled noodles. OEM production is available with a minimum order of 10 cases.
