Sanko Corporation was established in May 1995 as a 100% subsidiary of GFC Corporation. The company expanded and renovated its factory in March 2004, and again in May 2007, when its osechi manufacturing facility was completed. Commercial production of osechi began in September 2008. In November 2021, Sanko Corporation was recognized as an Excellent Tax Filer, and in November 2022, it obtained JFS-B Standard Certification.
