1. Wakaba Food Limited Company was established in April 1989. The company expanded with the construction of its second factory in September 1993
2. followed by the Gifu plant in September 1994. In October 1996
3. the company was reorganized as a stock corporation with increased capital of ¥10 million. The headquarters factory was newly built and relocated in August 1997. Subsequently
