原料概要

パール加水分解物は、真珠の炭酸カルシウム微結晶と真珠貝殻の内側真珠層を結合する有機タンパクマトリックスであるコンキオリンの酵素加水分解により製造される。出発素材は通常アコヤ真珠貝(Pinctada fucata martensii)で、一部の調製物には黒蝶真珠貝(Pinctada margaritifera)が使用される。
