A long-established vinegar brewery in Saga Prefecture with 190 years of history, originally founded as 'Ukon-su' in 1832. Produces approximately 30 varieties of vinegar, including brewed vinegar aged through 90 days of fermentation and 90 days of maturation, as well as drinkable fruit vinegars. OEM manufacturing is available from a minimum of 100 bottles, with OEM orders accounting for 70% of total sales.
