A hand-stretched noodle manufacturer in Banshu that started its hand-stretched noodle business in 1976. Using domestically produced wheat flour as its primary ingredient, the company produces hand-stretched somen, udon, soba, and pasta. It was the first in Japan to obtain JAS organic certification for noodles.
